The SDSM leader Branko Crvenkovski plays on all or null by inviting Prime Minister Gruevski to a dual in connection with the privatization. This move of the opposition camp, accidentally or not, was played at the same time the delegates of the SDSM withdrew from the regular coordination in Parliament that Speaker Trajko Veljanovski is summoning with all the parliamentarian groups with the aim of making the National House more efficient in its activities. In short, the SDSM decided to withdraw and wait for VMRO-DPMNE's next move. Crvenkovski's demand for constitutional changes in the direction of prolonging the period in which criminal acts associated with privatization are still under sanctions, have not been outdated, they caused a real turmoil of dissatisfaction among the government circles and curiosity and surprise in the opposition. Crvenkovski, who has been marked by the Government and its affi liates as an engine of abuse during the privatization in the 90s, observed elegantly that his suggestion to Gruevski was not blackmail for accepting Gruevski's proposal for reforms of the Court Council.
